Ginger Beet Martini, what an interesting cocktail. I won’t say it’s bad, it’s just different. It reminds me of the healthy cold pressed beet juice I used to get in LAX while traveling out of there early in the morning, but hey, sweating for the wedding right? If you do not like beets this drink is definitely not for you, however if you do, give it a try. I had it in the evening but would recommend making it for brunch in lieu of a blood mary. It’s the perfect healthy cocktail combo to start your morning off right.

I love to entertain. Every event, dinner party or socialization hour at our house has some sort of theme and a special cocktail to go with. I made these cute cocktails for a sisters day.
