    Pepper Nachos

    My cravings for potato chips and tortilla chips never seem to go away. In an effort to not give into a “cheat” meal I made these pepper nachos. Boy oh boy were they delicious, and I didn’t feel guilty that I was eating horribly. I used a combination of different colored peppers with mine as I like a colorful plate, but use whatever color peppers are your favorite. Toppings I didn’t add a boat load of toppings to mine.     Dilly Beans

    I grew up in the middle of no where Wisconsin. We always had a HUGE garden and planted most of what we need for quite a bit of the year. My mom wasn’t much of the “canning” type of mom.     If you don’t know me or are just starting to follow my blog you know I am all about a good cocktail hour. We had the pleasure of hosting (which I LOVE to do) our old neighbors for an early Fourth of July get together this past weekend.
