    Getting my health and fitness on is an everyday adventure. I “try” to eat healthy most days and workout at least 5-6 days a week.     Running a marathon is a huge accomplishment. Not only is it a physical battle but a mental one as well. I ran my first full marathon roughly a year and a half ago.
