Circus Animal Sugar Cookies

Too old, says who? You are never too old to indulge in the deliciousness that embodies frosted circus animal cookies. The beautiful white and pink frosting, the sprinkles…it’s just all the bliss. Even more so when they are being consumed by none other than myself, hehe; which leads me to the amazingly delicious Circus Animal Sugar Cookies I made the other weekend.

Growing up we always had some sort of dessert in the house. I loved this. You see I have a bigger sweet tooth than most would know what to do with, and the only real thing that fixes that hankering is dessert. Common sense right? In an effort to try to keep this figure of mine though, I don’t eat dessert or any sweets Monday- Thursday. It’s just my rule. When the weekend comes around though, well that’s a different story. I imbibe in vast arrays of desserts/sweets.

While stuck at home during these unpredicented times I have found myself with copious amounts of extra time. Now I don’t just sit in one spot very well. I need to be doing and busy. I run around like the energizer bunny all day everyday, because that’s just who I am. Last weekend I used some of that energizer bunny power and whipped up a batch of these Circus Animal Sugar Cookies, of course with extra sprinkles in the batter, because WHY NOT?

These Circus Animal Sugar Cookies are the perfect afternoon snack, evening dessert or even morning coffee dunker. You get the picture, basically great at all times.
