What a weekend it has been. A weekend filled with more bliss than the heart can take in. Friday night BBQ, concert date with my husband and I actually watched a movie from start to finish for the first time in months. It felt great. Now for the cherry on top tonight the season 2 premiere of Big Little Lies. Sun Dried Tomato Gnocchi
All the yum here again today. We had this delicious Sun Dried Tomato Gnocchi the other night and boy it hit the spot. It literally took me no more than a half hour to prep and cook. Meaning it’s the perfect meal for during the week or even weekend when your life/ schedule have you going like crazy or when you are just feeling the need to relax but still need to get something for dinner made. Spring Pasta
Happy early Spring! Wednesday is the official start to Spring and I couldn’t be more excited. I am beyond excited to get back out in the yard and get my garden and flower pots going. I am even more excited for grilling season to begin and be able to cook the majority of our food outside. While this week is still a bit chilly in Denver, Colorado, I settled for making an indoor Spring meal; Spring Pasta.
