    I grew up in the middle of no where Wisconsin. We always had a HUGE garden and planted most of what we need for quite a bit of the year. My mom wasn’t much of the “canning” type of mom.     Honey Mustard Broccoli Slaw Salad

    What a treat this Honey Mustard Broccoli Slaw Salad was. I threw this baby together this past Sunday night for a healthy meal to get back into the week. I knew it would be good, but I really didn’t know how good it would be. I am in love with this salad and the ease of making it was fabulous. While the time on the directions may seem a bit long it’s due to the larger cooking time of the corn, quinoa and chicken, so don’t let this deter you from making it.     On the Road Again. Traveling for work or for personal endeavors can be a beast. The hardest part of traveling a lot is having to eat out every single meal. Why this may sound appealing to some, it has never been an appealing thing to me.
