    Getting Your Health & Fitness On

    Getting my health and fitness on is an everyday adventure. I “try” to eat healthy most days and workout at least 5-6 days a week. When I say I “try” to eat healthy, I mean most of the time I do, however I eat everything I like in moderation. Moderation I believe is key to a healthy lifestyle. I see so many people going on different diets and giving up certain types of food. I do not feel you have to do this.
