Tequila Cucumber Blackberry Smash
We had a taste of warmer weather a couple weeks ago in Denver and it got me dreaming of warm Spring and Summer days sitting on the patio, unwinding in the evening with my husband, cocktail and a delicious dinner on the grill. It also got me thinking of cocktail pairings for the warmer weather. This Tequila Cucumber Blackberry Smash is the perfect Spring drink, and even though the calendar doesn’t say Spring, Spring fever is in the air.
While I love Fall and Winter, and they are my favorites, I do tend to get sick of the winter weather and crave that moderately warm temperature. I absolutely hate the 90s and 100s we get here in Denver in the summer, but there is something blissful about those warm 60s and 70s. While in my daydream this past weekend I whipped up a batch of these Tequila Cucumber Blackberry Smashes and they were a hit. Both my husband and I truly enjoyed the refreshing nature of them (we both hate sugary drinks).
