12 Things Every Month Needs

We are rising and grinding into January with all the aspirations and hope that tomorrow brings. How do you sustain all this bliss? You need to fill your months with the things that make you happy, and that tend to include social outings and self-care. Some of your may say you don’t have time. Let me tell you; you do. All you need to do is schedule the time. If you don’t schedule it out, it won’t, or is less likely to happen. Make the room in your schedule for it and it’s highly likely it will happen.

Schedule It

As I said, if you want the bliss, schedule it. I can’t say it enough. After or while you are reading this I want you to take out your planner or your phone. Wherever you schedule, or lay out your time, grab it. If you don’t schedule out your time, this is the time to start. I want you to plan time for the 12 things below, and I promise you they will help bring #allthebliss to your life.

After you do this for February (or whatever month you are starting this), I want you to reevaluate. Maybe one or two of these items aren’t for you, but there is something else you are feeling you need. Add those things and continue to schedule time for you. It will make you a happier human and this drives for a happier, and #bossbabe lifestyle.

  • Dinner with a Friend
  • Date with your Husband or Significant Other
  • Date with Yourself
  • 1 Outdoor Walk
  • 1 Movie Night (No phone or technology allowed)
  • 3 days a Week need to include Exercise
  • 1 Kind Gesture
  • Buy something nice for you (It doesn’t have to be expensive. It could be something small you are wanting, but you need to treat yourself.)
  • 1 Dance it out Sesh
  • 1 Couples date/ Friends night
  • Game Night
