    My cravings for potato chips and tortilla chips never seem to go away. In an effort to not give into a “cheat” meal I made these pepper nachos. Boy oh boy were they delicious, and I didn’t feel guilty that I was eating horribly. I used a combination of different colored peppers with mine as I like a colorful plate, but use whatever color peppers are your favorite. Toppings I didn’t add a boat load of toppings to mine.     Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Protein Balls. What a mouth full to say, but delicious to eat. I made these protein balls the other day for a healthy, filling and sweet snack. A sweet delicious snack they are. I tend to have a large sweet tooth, which doesn’t necessarily lead me to eat the best at times. I figured these protein balls not only would suffice my sweet tooth but keep me full and away from my bad snack habits.
