Too old, says who? You are never too old to indulge in the deliciousness that embodies frosted circus animal cookies. The beautiful white and pink frosting, the sprinkles…it’s just all the bliss. I absolutely adore Christmas cookies. Let’s face it, I absolutely adore cookies in general. I have the biggest sweet tooth of life and I blame my Dad, but it’s good blame. If I think 5 cookies is 0 calories, 0 grams of fat and sugar, then they are right? Wishful thinking, but that’s the bliss of life. Growing up my Mom made cookie boxes for everyone. White Chocolate Cranberry Almond Cookies
It’s cookie season and I can’t seem to get enough. We have house guests this week for Thanksgiving week and what better and easy way to have something sweet for them than to make a batch of these White Chocolate Cranberry Almond Cookies. I started off with the idea of making White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies minus the almond, however as I got started baking I realized I had no vanilla extract left.
