Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 2014
Adventuring to France today with Saint Émilion Grand Cru. I was a bit taken back by this wine at first, as it wasn’t what I expected. The problem was I needed it right away to pair with my peanut butter bone and I didn’t let it breathe enough. This wine definitely needs to breathe for a good half hour before you attempt to drink it. Let’s just say the pairing was no longer, it was peanut butter bone and then my wine. Oh well I guess.
“Another red you say, red is my favorite, besides bubbles, bubbles top all.”
