Preheat Oven to 375°
Place chicken breasts on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Once oven is preheated place in oven and bake until the internal temperature of the chicken breasts is 165°. This will vary in time depending on the size of chicken breast but will take around a half hour.
While chicken is cooking place arugula and fries dill in a bowl. Toss and divide evenly amongst 4 plates.
Sprinkle the sliced cucumber, avocado pieces, blackberries and kiwi on top of the lettuce.
Once chicken is done slice and place a half of chicken breast on top of each salad.
Sprinkle with goat cheese and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
