Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Clean the fresh shrimp and place on a large pan.
Poke holes in the red potatoes and microwave for 5 minutes. Slice in half and sprinkle on large pan with shrimp.
Peel the corn on the cob and quarter. Place on pan with shrimp and potatoes.
Quarter the 4 andouille sausages and sprinkle on pan with rest of ingredients.
Drizzle the shrimp mixture with olive oil and sprinkle with cajun seasoning and season salt.
Bake for 45 minutes.
