Grill chicken sausages. Slice and set aside.
Place chopped romaine lettuce on 4 plates.
Place slivered almonds in a fry pan with 1 Tbsp of oil on low heat. Brown until desired.
Place mozzarella pearls, sausage, almonds, avocado and peaches on salad in a wedge style fashion.
Sprinkle salad with the fresh basil.
Grind some fresh pepper and salt to taste and drizzle with olive oil and white wine vinegar.
