The perfect meal for a crowd.
Placed garlic, diced onion, ground beef and ground sausage in a fry pan. Brown.
While meat mixture is cooking, open all beans, rinse and place in crock pot.
Add fresh diced tomatoes, canned tomatoes and green pepper in crock pot.
Once meat is browned add in crock pot along with cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Mix throughly.
Place on low for at least 4 hours.
Just prior to serving chili, dice green onions and avocado.
Serve chili with a dollop of sour cream, cheese and a sprinkle of green onion and avocado.
